More than a few party steps
Bhangra combines powerful rhythms with distinctive arm actions, footwork and upbeat movement. Classes are a chance to build your connection with the music while developing coordination and confidence. Ask what foundations the current batch covers.
A class with genuine Punjabi energy
Chandigarh celebrations and Punjabi music go hand in hand, but you do not have to save your dancing for the next wedding. Regular practice lets you enjoy the music, learn new combinations and develop a style that feels like your own.
New to Bhangra? Start with the rhythm
You do not need to master high-energy sequences on day one. Concentrating on beats and simpler movement patterns is a better starting point than comparing yourself with experienced dancers. Let the instructor know if you are new or prefer a manageable pace.
Classes for the dance floor and the stage
Bhangra classes help you develop a foundation, while Black Pavo’s wedding and sangeet choreography service can tailor a routine for an actual celebration. Explore both if you have a family function ahead.
